Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Products and Services

India Holidays Collection is an inbound Tour Operating organization only. We sell package tours to all individuals and groups. We have products given in general on our website and also tailor make holidays as per the needs and interest of the visitors. Please note we do not own or operate any services given on our website but we are just the Service Fecilitators. Although we take steps in selecting them, but do not guarantee any authenticity. We only provide professional advice on the tour and holidays only.

Acceptance of Booking & Payments

Once the tour package has been accepted, we will confirm to you our acceptance of your tour booking in writing. Please provide all information requested from you in order to complete your travel arrangements requirement. All payments will have to be paid in advance for the tour. We request you for a booking amount depending on the period of travel. Balance amount can be paid 35 days in advance or as agreed. Payments can be sent to us by Bank transfers. Alternately you can pay us by credit cards through a secure payment gateway for all products or tours booked via our website www.indiaholidayscollection.com Please note when the payment is made by credit card, Only the credit card company / bank stores the details of the transaction and not our site.

Cancellation Policy

India Holidays Collection believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations

First and foremost we strongly suggest that you take out travel insurance. This will be very helpful incase you have to cancel your tour after booking to recover the cost of cancellation. The refunds are only at the sole discretion of the company. It depends on the policies of the suppliers like hotels and coach operators and airlines.

Cancellation for Fit
  • 31 days prior to arrival USD 150 per person + any advance paid on behalf of guests to hotels or airlines or equivalent.
  • 21 Days prior to arrival USD 250 per person + any advance paid on behalf of guests to Hotels or airlines or equivalent.
  • In the event the tour is cancelled midway, we will charge USD 350 per person + all the advances paid to the hotels and airlines.
Cancellation for Groups
  • 61 days prior to arrival USD 250 per person + any advance paid on behalf of guests to hotels or airlines or equivalent.
  • 31 Days prior to arrival USD 350 per person + any advance paid on behalf of guests to Hotels or airlines or equivalent.
  • In the event the tour is cancelled midway, we will charge USD 500 per person + all the advances paid to the hotels and airlines.
Christmas & New year
  • 65 days prior to arrival USD 250 per person + any advance paid on behalf of guests to hotels or airlines or equivalent.
  • 31 Days prior to arrival USD 500 per person + any advance paid on behalf of guests to Hotels or airlines.
Refund Policy

In the event of any cancellation of the tour due to unavoidable reasons, we will refund the payment as per the above cancellation policy. . It depends on the policies of the suppliers like hotels and coach operators and airlines. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.

Insurance & Health

It is advisable that the passenger acquires adequate insurance cover to secure their life, health and property. It is mandatory that you purchase an Overseas Mediclaim and other Insurance Policies to cover the risk to life and property whilst on tour from the insurance company. Please check the accuracy and correctness of the policies and in case of any errors report the same to the Insurance Company. Please carry your Travel Insurance policy document with you on the tour and should contact the insurance company directly if the need arises.

Termination of Contract

India Holidays Collection reserves the right to terminate the contract any time and for any reason, including the improper use of our site or failure to comply with the contract. All your rights are terminated with the termination of the contract and it shall not affect any right to relief which our company or any of its partners provides.

Valid Passport and Visas

You must carry a valid passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the duration of the trip and an appropriate Visa or permits.

Disputes and Governing Law

All disputes are subject to laws of Republic of India and will have to be settled accordingly. The disputes can also be settled mutually and in good faith among the parties. Any unresolved dispute will have to be settled in New Delhi as per the laws and the courts of New Delhi.
